Time Management
- For the questionnaire have students make a small table of 12 Rows, 2 Columns
- Column #1: Minutes
- Column #2: Activity
- Record responses in table
- Encourage students to answer the questions about their data from the stated prompts
Organization
- Group discussion on types of organizational platforms.
- Go over 6 tips.
- If time, play 5 minute video
Goals
- Define 3 types of goals and provide examples, possible examples below
- Short-term
- Apply for a job at Rancho
- Find out when Air Force recruiter in coming to LHS
- Mid-term
- Earn 3.5 GPA
- Plan college or career visit
- Long-term
- Get accepted into college
- Get accepted into FBI
- For Goals use 2nd sheet of paper
- Brainstorm Goals- Allow 2 minutes
- Construct one Smart Goal
